Yes! Most orders will have tracking, so you can expect a tracking number to be sent as soon as your order has been processed and is ready for USPS drop off. Orders containing only 1-3 small sew-on patches may ship without tracking, as the cost to ship with tracking can cost as much or more than the patch itself.

I only ever choose high-quality, 100% cotton brands for my T-shirts. I typically choose Bella+Canvas 3001 unisex for my T-shirts, and American Apparel for Tanks.

I'll need photos, but I'm happy to mail your missing item free of charge and pay your return shipping costs for the incorrect item, or let you purchase the item I accidentally sent if you decide to keep it.

Although I package my items as carefully as possible, I have no control over how they are handled once I drop them off at my local carrier. If I somehow packaged items a little too carelessly, it would be incredibly helpful if you let me know so I can continue to improve my packaging quality.

I do! You will be asked to cover shipping fees. Please know that because I am a tiny business, I cannot afford free exchanges unless an exchange is requested due to my own error. The exchange process must begin within 5 days of the item delivery.

If they are noted as something that is retiring, likely they will be gone forever. You are always welcome to ask.

If you're asking about apparel, I've had a few folks ask about older t-shirt designs. Once I'm able to live in a larger space, which is SOON, I may consider bringing back some designs.

As for the form-fitting, racerback crop tanks I sold in the early 2020s, those have been unavailable for me to purchase for several years. Apologies, but I haven't been able to find a suitable replacement with the same quality.
